Returns and Exchange requests will be
catered in the following 2 Cases.
Case 1: Defective or Damaged Products
Policy: If the product arrives damaged or has a defect, customers can request a return or exchange.
Procedure: The customer should report the issue within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days from delivery) and provide evidence like photos or videos of the defect.
Conditions: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Case 2: Incorrect Product Received
Policy: If the customer receives a product that differs from their order (e.g., wrong size, color, or item), they are eligible for a return or exchange.
Procedure: The customer should reach out with their order details and images of the incorrect product.
Conditions: The product should be in its original condition and packaging for a smooth return or exchange process.
